Absolutely. Every user must verify their identity with a government ID and selfie. All deals are protected by in-app digital agreements with two-party signing, delivery confirmation tracking, and our review system helps you choose trustworthy partners.

JibLee is free to download and use. The shipping price is agreed upon directly between the traveler and the sender — there are no hidden platform fees on basic usage.

You can send any legal items that are allowed by airline and customs regulations. Common items include electronics, cosmetics, clothes, food products, and documents. Prohibited items include anything illegal, dangerous goods, or items restricted by airlines.
