• Manage deals — facilitate in-app deal agreements between matched users to protect both parties

• Prevent fraud & abuse — detect and block suspicious activity and scams
• Improve the app — analyze usage patterns to enhance features and fix bugs

• Other users: Your public profile, trip offers, and reviews are visible to other users on the platform
• Firebase (Google): Our cloud infrastructure provider for data storage, authentication, analytics, and crash reporting
• ID verification partner: A trusted third-party identity verification provider processes your documents securely

We take the security of your data seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect it:

• All data in transit is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS)
• Data at rest is encrypted in our cloud infrastructure
• ID verification documents are securely stored and permanently deleted when you delete your account
• Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only

Chat messages and deals are retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, all your personal data — including messages, reviews, offers, and verification documents — will be permanently and immediately deleted.

JibLee uses Firebase (Google Cloud) as its primary infrastructure provider. Your data may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where Google operates data centers.

JibLee is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided personal data, we will delete it immediately.
