How to delete your JibLee account and all associated data

This account deletion page is provided by JibLee (package: com.jiblee.app), a peer-to-peer travel shipping platform available on Google Play.

How to Delete Your Account

Open JibLee & Go to Profile

Launch the JibLee app and navigate to your Profile tab (the person icon at the bottom right).

Tap "Delete My Account"

Scroll to the bottom of your profile and tap the "Delete My Account" button. A confirmation dialog will appear.

Confirm Deletion

Tap "Delete" to confirm. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately. This action cannot be undone.

Alternative method: You can also request account deletion by sending an email to jiblee.app.support@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your registered email address.

What Happens to Your Data

When you delete your account, all of the following data is permanently and immediately deleted from our servers:

  • Your profile information (name, email, photo)
  • Your trip offers (deactivated and marked as deleted)
  • All chat conversations and messages
  • All reviews you authored
  • All support tickets and messages
  • Identity verification documents (ID photo and selfie)
  • Email verification codes
  • Your Firebase authentication account

This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, there is no way to recover any of your data. Make sure you want to proceed before confirming.

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is immediate — your data is removed as soon as you confirm
  • No data is retained after deletion — all personal data, messages, reviews, and files are permanently erased
  • Identity verification documents (ID photo and selfie) are stored securely until you delete your account, at which point they are permanently deleted
  • If you have active deals, we recommend completing or resolving them before deleting your account

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing jiblee.app.support@gmail.com from your registered email address.
