Help us improve JibLee by reporting issues you encounter
Go to your Profile tab and tap Help Center to access the support system.
Tap "New Ticket" and select the subject "Bug Report".
Tell us what happened, what you expected to happen, and the steps to reproduce the bug. Include screenshots if possible.
Submit the ticket and our team will investigate. We'll get back to you within 48 hours with an update.
Prefer email? You can also report bugs by emailing jiblee.app.support@gmail.com with the subject "Bug Report" and a description of the issue.

Tip: If the app crashes, try to note exactly what you were doing before the crash. This helps us pinpoint the issue faster.
