How to Report a Bug

Open the Help Center in the App

Go to your Profile tab and tap Help Center to access the support system.

Create a New Ticket

Tap "New Ticket" and select the subject "Bug Report".

Describe the Issue

Tell us what happened, what you expected to happen, and the steps to reproduce the bug. Include screenshots if possible.

Submit & Wait

Submit the ticket and our team will investigate. We'll get back to you within 48 hours with an update.

Prefer email? You can also report bugs by emailing jiblee.app.support@gmail.com with the subject "Bug Report" and a description of the issue.

What to Include in Your Report

The more details you provide, the faster we can fix the issue. A good bug report includes:

  • Description — What happened vs. what you expected
  • Steps to reproduce — Exact actions that trigger the bug
  • Device info — Your phone model and operating system version (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S24, Android 15)
  • App version — Found in Profile → About (e.g., v1.2.0)
  • Screenshots or screen recordings — Visual proof of the issue
  • Frequency — Does it happen every time, or only sometimes?

Tip: If the app crashes, try to note exactly what you were doing before the crash. This helps us pinpoint the issue faster.
