How do I verify my identity?
Go to your Profile tab and tap "Verify Identity". You'll need to upload a photo of your government-issued ID (passport or national ID) and take a selfie. Our system uses text recognition to extract your details and checks that the photos match. Verification is usually reviewed within minutes. Your verification documents are securely stored and permanently deleted when you delete your account.
Is JibLee free to use?
Yes, JibLee is free to download and use. You can search for travelers, post trip offers, and chat with other users at no cost. Prices for item delivery are agreed directly between the seeker and the traveler.
How do deals work in JibLee?
Once you've chatted and agreed on details, the seeker creates a deal specifying items, price, and delivery address. Both parties sign the deal digitally in the app. The deal is then tracked through every stage — from signing to delivery confirmation to completion and rating.
What items are prohibited?
Illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, hazardous materials, counterfeit goods, live animals, and any items prohibited by the laws of the origin or destination country. Users who attempt to ship prohibited items will be permanently banned. Always check customs regulations for both countries.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your Profile tab and tap "Delete My Account" at the bottom of the screen. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears. All your data will be permanently deleted immediately. Alternatively, you can email jiblee.app.support@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
What languages does JibLee support?
JibLee is available in 6 languages: English, French, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, and Chinese. You can change the language from your profile settings within the app, or use the language switcher on this website.
How do I report a problem with another user?
You can report a user directly from their profile or from a chat conversation using the report button. Alternatively, open a support ticket in the Help Center within the app describing the issue. Our team investigates all reports and takes appropriate action.
